1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BoltCompress ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BoltCompress provides video compression and format conversion services. The Service allows you to:

Compress video files to reduce file size
Convert videos to different formats (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM)
Download processed videos for a limited time period

3. Account Usage

Free Plan: Limited to 5 video compressions per day, with a maximum file size of 250MB.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Only upload content you own or have permission to use
Not upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
Not abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent usage limits
Not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

5. File Storage and Deletion

All uploaded and processed files are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours. Download your files promptly as we cannot recover deleted files.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, quality degradation, or other damages resulting from use of the Service. Your maximum remedy is a refund of fees paid in the past 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
